All of our flavors are made from 100% natural ingredients. We use multiple processes to accomplish this. For extracts the process involves –
- Freeze drying fruits and other ingredients (spices, herbs, etc.)
- Soaking fruits and other ingredients in extraction grade alcohol for 3-6 months.
- Reducing the extract down.
- Freeze dried ingredients are compacted into a fine powder and combined with some extracts.
- Excess ingredients are used for extracting enzymes to use in our enzyme coffee’s.
Our emulsion process involves using our extracts with 100% natural non-gmo gum acacia. We use gum acacia to keep our flavorings intact during handling and heating as when it is emulsified with the extract it encapsulates the flavor, keeping degradation at a minimum.
