Honey beans are made using 100% natural Alaskan Honey. This process is unique as honey enzymes are very beneficial. As our Ghee and Butter Beans go, we add green coffee beans to a cold processed honey and allow it to sit for a month so the enzymes can penetrate to the center of the bean. This process creates added starches and sugars as well as altering the bean entirely.

This creates a rich dark flavor that tends to coat your entire pallet well.
