Our Maple Roast is made using real maple. Our process involves breaking down the syrup and reducing any sugars out of it. We boil it down to a bare minimum content then create an extract using pure extraction grade alcohol. We then process and strain the extract multiple times for clarity, then it is turned into an emulsion using organic, non-gmo, 100% natural gum acacia.
