Our red velvet was a unique challenge. We tried creating a super vanilla flavor and came up with multiple “almost” vanilla flavors that tasted more like a cake than vanilla. Using imported Madagascar Vanilla we wanted to make a red velvet cake, but lost touch with our natural side when we added food coloring, so instead.. we tried beet powder (and a few spices). The end result was the best red velvet we’ve ever tasted. And now, so can you.
