Our black tea was the start of our journey into the world of “TeaZyme”.

We wanted a Natural Organic tea that could hold itself amongst the best, as well as a tea that would handle our extracts and emulsions well for our line of flavored teas. So we imported an “Assam” black tea from India that was completely organic.

With a bonus High Caffeine content, this tea can literally be downed without the addition of sugar or honey (but we still recommend it).
